referencedatabasesofacceptablecolorsforeachrace.Whatwediscovered
isthatskincolorrepresentslessthan1%ofallavailablecolors,andthat
eachracehasslightlydifferentcolorcharacteristics.So,it'snowonder
thatcorrectionissuchadifficultprocess,especiallywhentraditional
toolswereneverdesignedtohandlesuchasmallrangeofcolors.

Aftercollectingandstudyingcolorsamples,ournextstepwastoconstruct
completelibrariesfordifferentraces,includingAfrican,Asian,Caucasian,
Latin,andMiddleEastern.Eachlibrarycontainsbetween125,000and150,000
colorsmadeupofdifferentcombinationsofhue,brightness,andsaturation,
basedontheuniquecharacteristicsofeachrace.
